Refund policy

 

There are absolutely NO REFUNDS and NO EXCHANGES! 

Any purchases made on Dream Extensions are final sale which is stated in the description of each product. Due to the nature of our products we do not issue any refunds. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective or missing please reach out to us via email dreamextensions@dreamextensions.co within 48 hours of receiving your package.

Please check your package thoroughly before removing any tags. Do not color, wet, style or do anything to the item if you plan to contact us about it. Once an order is placed we cannot cancel the order. Processing begins immediately afterwards. 

Things we are not responsible for: package going to the wrong address, purchasing incorrect products, any damage done to the product after purchase such as bleaching knots, plucking etc. 

READ the description thoroughly and triple check the item in your cart. Make sure your address is correct before paying for the product.
